1. About Us

Organic Yellow is a food brand operating from Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India (PIN 247661). We sell honey sticks and jars directly to consumers via our websites at organicyellow.in and organicyellow.ae. Our contact email is info@organicyellow.in.

2. Products

All products listed on our websites are food items intended for personal consumption only. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are purchasing for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
• You are 18 years of age or older, or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have read the relevant product description, ingredient list, and any applicable advisory (e.g., honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months).

Product images on the website are representative of the actual product. Minor variations in colour, crystallisation, or packaging design may occur batch to batch — this does not constitute a defect. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of pure, raw honey.

3. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency of the selected market: Indian Rupees (INR) for India or UAE Dirhams (AED) for the UAE. The checkout total shows applicable tax and shipping before payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any change in price will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only upon:

• Successful completion of payment via Razorpay, and
• Receipt of an order confirmation email to the address you provided.

We accept all major payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay. Organic Yellow does not store, handle, or have access to your full payment credentials at any time.

5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following circumstances:

• A product becomes out of stock after your order is placed.
• Payment verification fails or a chargeback is raised.
• The shipping address is outside our serviceable area or is incomplete.
• We detect unusual, bulk, or suspected fraudulent purchasing activity.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions require your explicit authorisation at checkout. Choose your products and quantities at their displayed subscription prices, then select 3, 6 or 12 monthly deliveries. Payments are monthly, with the first monthly charge following authorisation, and stop after the selected number of deliveries unless you cancel earlier. The monthly total, including standard shipping and applicable tax, is shown before you authorise. No additional coupon discount applies to subscription prices.

Availability and supported payment methods are checked at checkout. Adding a monthly item to a cart does not create a payment agreement. Any payment used only to authorise the agreement does not confirm a paid delivery; each delivery requires a confirmed monthly payment. Existing repeat-order records without a linked payment agreement do not authorise automatic billing.

You can cancel future deliveries from your account. Pause and resume are offered only when available for your subscription; skipping a delivery is not currently offered. Cancellation stops future deliveries and charges, but does not cancel or refund an already paid order. Those orders remain subject to the usual returns policy. Contact support with the order ID if you need help with an order already paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including the Organic Yellow brand name, logo, Purity Index™ mark, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Organic Yellow and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any website content without our written permission.
• Resale of Organic Yellow products without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
• Use of our brand name or assets in advertising, social media campaigns, or affiliate promotions requires written approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organic Yellow's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our websites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. We encourage you to contact us at info@organicyellow.in before initiating any legal proceedings — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this Terms of Service page with the "Last updated" date shown above. By continuing to use our website after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
