Intertek honey report

The published PDF uses carbon isotope analysis (EA-LC/IRMS), a method for examining the sugars in honey. It reports C4 sugar content of 0.0% for the sample tested.

The first page names Organic Yellow International Private Limited and batch LEOI1932. Report identifiers differ between the pages: FS-250328002R1, IFS-250328002R1 and IFS-250415028. These details need clarification before matching this report to a product or batch.

Organic Yellow certificate scans

A separate certificate on Organic Yellow letterhead is dated 13 December 2025 and identifies lot AHP/25270/25. It lists moisture 17.6%, HMF 46 mg/kg and diastase activity 14. These are values on that certificate; they are not results from the Intertek PDF.

These documents do not establish a score out of 100 or testing of every flavour and batch. The Intertek report applies to the submitted sample and listed tests; Intertek did not collect the sample. For evidence about your pack, email us with its batch number.

How to use a report

Compare the batch or lot number on your pack with the document. Check the named laboratory, date, method and individual results. Different documents and samples can cover different tests.

The Intertek PDF names isotope analysis. It does not provide an NMR spectroscopy result. The separate certificate’s “NMR Multiflora Honey” sample description is not an NMR analysis report.

We have removed the previous flavour scores and every-batch coverage claim because the published documents do not substantiate them.
