Ask us for processing information matching the product and batch on your pack. Our published test documents do not establish a heating or filtering history for every product. Read the exact ingredient label for any added ingredients.
It explains the documents we currently publish and their limits. The available report labels its sample Honey; it does not establish a 98/100 score or results for every product and batch. Report identifiers differ between its pages, so ask for a clarified report matching your pack before relying on it for a specific product.
Honey can naturally be liquid or crystallized. Crystals alone do not prove purity, and a liquid appearance alone does not prove adulteration. Follow the storage instructions on your pack and contact us if you have a question about its condition.
They can have different formulations. Check the ingredient list for the exact product rather than assuming every honey stick or jar contains only honey. Product pages show photographed ingredient information where available; ask us for a label if it is missing.
The brand name alone is not an organic certificate. Check the specific pack and ask us for any supporting certification you need. The documents currently published here do not verify zero pesticide residues across our range.
Products & Usage
A honey stick is an individually packed portion you open and squeeze into food or a drink. Our individual stick packs list 8g per stick; check the product page for the number of sticks and the formulation. Choose a jar for home use or sticks for portions to carry.
Do not give honey or products made with honey to children younger than 12 months because of infant botulism risk. This age warning does not establish that every flavoured or Shilajit product is suitable for an older child; check the full label and ask the child’s healthcare professional if unsure.
Choose honey for flavour and convenience. We do not publish product-specific clinical evidence that these products improve immunity, control blood sugar or guarantee stamina. Honey contributes free sugars to the diet, so it is not a sugar-free food or a treatment for a health condition.
Check the serving and ingredient information on the product you buy, and consider the other sugars in your diet. We do not recommend a daily amount for treating a health condition or achieving a wellness goal.
Check the full ingredient label, serving information and evidence for the actual formulation. We do not publish a verified Shilajit dose or a clinical trial for this product. Research about a different resin or extract does not establish the effect of this honey blend; ask us for missing product or batch details before choosing.
Orders & Shipping
After a tracking number is assigned, the shipping update includes the courier, tracking number and link. Use the tracking page with your order details, or contact support if tracking has not been assigned yet.
Our India policy allows 1–2 business days for dispatch. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 for non-metro areas and 7–12 for remote areas. These are estimates. Faster Delhi-NCR service is offered only when available for your address at checkout.
Standard India shipping is ₹60 below ₹1,000, and ₹50 from ₹1,000. Eligible faster services have their own charge. Review the final delivery charge before payment.
For damaged, incorrect or quality-defective items, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order ID and evidence of the issue. The food returns policy has eligibility conditions and does not offer change-of-mind returns. Support will confirm the appropriate replacement or refund.
Payments
Checkout uses Razorpay for online payment. Review the available payment methods, delivery charge, taxes and total in checkout before you pay. Cash on delivery is not currently offered.
Repeat Orders
Only after you explicitly authorise a monthly subscription at checkout. Choose products at their displayed subscription prices and select 3, 6 or 12 deliveries. Pay monthly, with the first monthly charge following authorisation. Review the total including standard shipping and tax before authorising. Availability and supported payment methods are checked at checkout; adding a monthly item to your cart does not activate automatic payments.
Use your account to cancel future deliveries of an authorised subscription. Pause and resume are shown only when available for your subscription; skipping deliveries is not currently offered. Cancellation does not cancel or refund an already paid order, which follows the usual returns policy. To ask about changing an order that has not shipped, contact support with its order ID. Older repeat-order records without a linked payment agreement do not create automatic monthly charges.
